Interniship - Stage Air Freight Operator

This position is offered as a six-months internship-stage.

The resource will support the operations team in managing shipments by air. You won’t be fully responsible yet, but you’ll learn the full process from booking to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipment bookings with airlines
• Prepare and check documents (Air Waybill, invoices, packing lists)
• Support customs clearance processes
• Track shipments and update clients or internal teams
• Communicate with customers, warehouses, and carriers
• Help resolve minor issues (delays, missing info, etc.)

Skills

• Basic understanding of logistics / international trade (even from studies)
• Good English
• Knowledge of Excel and office tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment xdwybme
