Role Overview Stellantis is looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join the Engineering team, supporting data-driven activities related to product development and engineering processes. This internship offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, contributing to transforming complex data into actionable insights that support both technical and business decisions. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., testing, simulations, production) Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools for engineering teams Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing) Contribute to the development of basic analytical models and data visualization tools Support the automation of reporting and data analysis processes Requirements Master's Degree (in progress) in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other related fields Strong interest in the automotive sector and engineering processes Good knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R or similar) Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good command of Italian and English Soft Skills Problem-solving mindset Teamwork and collaboration Proactivity and curiosity Ability to manage priorities What We Offer Hands-on experience in an international and innovative environment Exposure to real-world, high-impact projects Mentorship from experienced professionals A dynamic workplace focused on technological innovation At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
