Job Overview The internship will be part of the Used Vehicles – Sales Department, with the objective of supporting the implementation, monitoring, and development of COX and PULSE projects, strategic initiatives focused on growing the used car business, optimizing acquisition and sales processes, and digitalizing operational workflows.
The candidate will support the team in operational, coordination, and analytical activities, contributing to project progress, performance monitoring, and alignment among the various stakeholders involved.
Responsibilities The responsibilities of the intern include but are not limited to the following:
Marketplace Operational Support (Time: 40%)
Support operational activities related to the implementation of COX and PULSE
Monitor the progress of project activities
Collect, verify, and update operational data related to workflows
Support the management of digital processes and tools used in the projects
Identify operational issues and support their reporting and resolution
Collaborate in defining and improving processes related to the projects
Support to Involved Teams & Internal Coordination (Time: 35%)
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Pricing, ZM, IT and Marketing, Accounting, Bank and Finance, and Logistics teams involved in the projects
Support the management of operational requests and follow‑up activities
Prepare supporting materials for alignment meetings and project progress reviews
Support onboarding processes for users involved in new operational workflows
Support the management of relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Reporting, Analysis and Performance Monitoring (Time: 25%)
Analyze key project KPIs (acquisition, operational performance, commercial results)
Create and update periodic reports (Excel / Power BI / PowerPoint)
Support the preparation of presentations for progress meetings and follow‑ups with management
Analyze results and support the definition of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiativesContribute to the development of dashboards and monitoring tools
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Preferred academic background in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Management, Data Analysis or related fields
At least intermediate level of English
Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas), PowerPoint and Word
Plus: basic knowledge of marketplace platforms or management systems
Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
Attention to detail and precision
Proactivity and initiative
Analytical and synthesis skills
Teamwork attitude and ability to communicate effectively
