WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives through Lean methodologies and optimization tools.
Monitor, understand, and analyze technical and operational KPIs to drive data‑based decision.
Gain hands‑on experience in managing, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of operational and manufacturing data to support decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze industrial performance and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency.
Collaborate with international and cross‑functional teams across different regions.
Gain a global understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial projects.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Strengthen analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or similar.
Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
High level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables, formulas, macros).
Strong passion on data analysis and comfortable working with large sets of data in a fast‑paced environment.
Good interest in work organization, process analysis and operational efficiency.
Willingness in learning programming language (SQL, Python, etc).
Good knowledge of Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc).
