Join the Original Equipment Sales Operations Team and immerse yourself in a dynamic environment. From day one, you will gain hands‑on experience and grow your skills in new businesses evaluation on the Original Equipment channel at a global level.
What You Will Learn
- Supporting the Original Equipment Sales Operations Team as regards technical feasibility and profitability of new opportunities on the Original Equipment acquisitions process: new projects assessments, evaluation, and tender evolution together with financial modelling and profitability analysis.
- Developing and reporting KPIs and analyses for Global Original Equipment homologations.
- Supporting business insights and ad-hoc analysis for the top management, with particular focus on new OEMs market trends, such as Electric Vehicles.
- Monitoring new opportunities during the development phases, with particular focus on project milestones from R&D activities to the start of supply.
- Facilitating digital transformation by increasing new tools implementation and adoption (IBP and CRM OE).
What We Are Looking For
- Master's Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive and curious approach.
- Fluency in English, at least C1 level.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and to deal with challenging targets.
- Well balanced view in both big picture and details.
- Highest standard of accuracy and precision, combined with good sense of prioritization.
