Are you looking for a comprehensive and engaging internship experience in a dynamic academic environment?

This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the inner workings of higher education through a variety of activities in the areas of academic services, admissions, research support, employer relations, and career services. You will gain valuable insight into how a service-oriented institution operates, while developing key professional skills in communication, organization, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Main responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the organization of lessons, exams, and academic calendars, as well as managing teaching materials and administrative procedures.
• Assisting with the administration and processing of student applications, including interactions with prospective and admitted students, families, and external institutions.
• Collaborating on the planning and execution of events, workshops, seminars, and Open Days.
• Managing digital platforms and databases, including CRM systems and admissions/teaching portals, while contributing to content updates and reporting.
• Conducting data analysis and research to support academic services, admissions decisions, or insights into student outcomes and job market trends.
• Engaging in cross-functional projects focused on improving student services, digital innovation, and international outreach.
• This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced academic setting. You will be part of a highly motivated team and contribute meaningfully to institutional initiatives that support students, faculty, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months )
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Soft skills:
  positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills;
  analytical and criticalthinking;
  hands-on approach;
  customer oriented approach along with the ability to adapt to different target;
  able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously;
  self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem solving approach.
