Are you looking for a dynamic and multifaceted internship experience in a fast-paced academic environment?

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of two key areas: donor care and event management within the Alumni & Fundraising division, or student recruitment and guidance within the Guidance & Recruitment Office. Depending on your team assignment, you'll be immersed in activities that strengthen your communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills, all while contributing to Bocconi University’s broader institutional goals.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the planning and execution of events and initiatives (both online and in person) targeting students, donors, and other stakeholders.
• Managing communication channels and front-office activities (e.g., emails, meetings, information desks) for prospective students and community members.
• Creating content for promotional and institutional use across digital platforms (e.g., websites, newsletters, social media).
• Assisting with CRM updates, data entry, and reporting to support decision-making and engagement strategies.
• Contributing to relationship-building and follow-up activities to ensure a personalized and engaging experience for all target audiences.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners on cross-functional projects and campaigns.

This internship provides a valuable opportunity to understand the inner workings of higher education initiatives and to contribute meaningfully to the University's outreach and engagement goals.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented approach along with the ability to adapt to different target; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem solving approach.
