Internship Private Equity (Club Deal) Team (f/m/x)

Position Overview

The intern will join the team in day-to-day activity from scouting to execution of private equity deals on a broad range of industries providing support on deal origination, valuation, market analysis, due diligence process, drafting of presentations and information memorandum, deal structuring and negotiations as well as ad‑hoc reports and analysis. The team boasts a continuously high deal flow with exciting projects and enriching counterparts.

Learning Objectives

• Run financial modeling (business plan, DCF, LBO).
• Value data set (trading comps and transaction comps).
• Learn knowledge and skills regarding the legal aspects of investment contracts and deal structuring.

Requirements

• Excellent academic record with international experience, a Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration or related, near completion of a Master in Finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Italian) and PC literate.
• Highly motivated and a pro‑active team worker.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills and solid finance and accounting background would complete the profile.

1st September 2026, 6 months internship
