Internship - Property and Facility Advisor – RINA is recruiting to join its office in Genova within the Global Property & Facility Management Division.

Mission

The Intern will join the Property & Facility Management team, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to both technical and administrative activities.

Key Accountabilities

The selected candidate:

• Will assist the Local Property & Facility Unit in any technical, maintenance and administrative activity related to Property & Facility Management. In particular, the selected candidate will be involved in learning about the management of physical workspaces and all activities necessary to make the buildings operational, productive, and safe.
• Will be trained to support facility management in managing, organizing, and coordinating workspaces, including all services, commodities, and utilities that ensure the functionality and comfort required to meet company objectives.
• Will also be involved in learning about property activities as contracts, management and control of condominium expenses and all activities related to property management.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preference for Civil or Building or Management).
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Proficient use of Autocad.
• Good level of Italian and English, essential for effective communication with colleagues.
• Ability to work in a team, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
