Join the Moto Business Unit team and immerse yourself in a dynamic, youthful environment. From day one, you support on production scheduling plans, requirements, goods inbound/outbound and shipment operations to achieve short and medium term sales goals. A role challenged to recognize opportunities for continuous improvement that increase productivity aiming the business growth. Opportunity also to practice aspects of operations and supply chain in a finished product flow environment. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Weekly Analysis and Control of stocks and transit situation. Support on the implementation of a new analytics tool. Collaborate with Cross Functional team to guarantee Original Equipment and Racing service level. Reports and new KPIs. Drive improvements generating process and procedure documents for new activities. Work closely with Production Schedulers to support on area's shared goals and troubleshooting. Stock allocation and transit tracking to support sales forecasts. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields. Fluency in Italian and English. Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel. Passion for the two wheels will be considered a plus.
