In this role you will lead Data & Analytics and CRM systems governance across international DPS commercial teams, driving data-driven insights and digital tool adoption to boost sales performance and growth. You will partner with commercial leaders to align D&A and CRM with growth priorities, standardize processes, and deploy advanced analytics including AI. You’ll lead an international team, champion continuous improvement, and ensure governance and compliance across regions. This position serves as the CRM product owner, shaping platform roadmaps and deployment to enable scalable, data-driven sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead International D&A and CRM governance across markets to enable analytics maturity and digital tool enablement
- Partner with commercial leaders to align D&A/CRM agenda with growth priorities and evolving sales models
- Drive standardization of core processes and adoption of enterprise tools and governance
- Develop and implement advanced analytics, AI solutions, dashboards, and commercial applications to inform decisions
- Establish data governance, quality, and integration practices for trustworthy insights
- Evaluate and deploy innovations (including AI/ML) to unlock new insights and productivity
- Serve as product owner for the CRM platform (Salesforce): roadmap, governance, data model, user enablement, change management
- Translate business requirements into scalable CRM capabilities and standardized regional workflows
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of systems and commercial applications
- Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment of D&A reporting with strategy and benchmarks
- Lead, coach, and develop an international team and foster best-practice sharing
- Establish governance frameworks for data, systems, incentives, and change aligned with policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in Data Analytics, Sales Operations, or Systems Governance within a matrixed organization
- Proven expertise in data analytics and BI (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Experience leading diverse/remote teams and managing vendors/partners; strong coaching and talent development
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership; ability to translate analytics into actionable deliverables
- Strong program management, prioritization, and problem-solving with attention to data accuracy and governance
- Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office/365; travel ~15%
