Your Purpose Support the team in managing onboard stocks across the Explora Journeys fleet, contributing to the achievement of cost and stock level targets. Assist in monitoring tools and KPIs to ensure proper stock management across various categories, while developing analytical and operational skills.
Your Impact
Assist in stock analysis and help define operational targets
Support the alignment and update of par levels across ships
Monitor order requests (RDA) and report discrepancies
Collaborate in tracking KPIs and harmonizing stock levels across the fleet
Liaise with onboard Inventory and Accounting departments to gather cost and trend data
Contribute to the preparation of business reports and simulations for strategic decisions
Participate in cross-functional projects and perform ad hoc analysis as requested
Extract and organize data from IT systems to support operational decisions
Your Journey so far
Initial experience in inventory or logistics; cruise industry exposure is a plus
Degree in Hospitality, Economics, Supply Chain or related field
Your Essentials
Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
Good knowledge of IT systems; advanced Excel skills required; basic knowledge of Power BI and Crunchtime familiarity are a plus
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments
Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel occasionally for short business trips.
Our commitment In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we are pleased to share the compensation details for this role.
The role is entitled to a gross annual salary between € 27.000 and € 31.000. The position within the salary range and the corresponding job classification level under the applicable CCNL, will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role.
The employment relationship will be governed by the CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Sector).
