Responsibilities
Monitoring and leading the Inventory balance dynamics through input and output analysis working closely with Repair biz units and Parts team. Inventory level evaluation and setting with special focus on the North American Inventory Organization.
Leading the Inventory Digitization project (Inventory Clear Out Incentive Program Digitization) coordinating the different function and being responsible for planning and tracking the project activities.
Tracking and analyzing the Inventory excess generation by regions, understanding root causes and providing viable strategies to mitigate the excess generation for future quarters.
Analyzing the Inventory excess stratification, highlighting trends and suggesting corrective actions to senior leadership while evaluating AI enhancement.
Providing guidance to harmonize the North America Inventory processes and procedures to the rest of the organization.
Performing the Material Input estimate to facilitate the total quarter Inventory estimate and excess analysis.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, major in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, or another related field preferred.
Clear understanding of Materials processes and planning and control systems.
Strong project management and consulting skills with the ability to influence work effectively and implement solutions in a cross‑functional team environment.
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, presentation and time management skills.
Organized, detail oriented and methodical.
Fluent English.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 38,603.44 To 49,500.
