In this role you will lead site-facing contract and budget negotiations for assigned clinical investigator sites, guiding the drafting, negotiation, and execution of global study agreements. You collaborate across Legal, Finance, and pCRO teams to optimize timelines and site budgeting while resolving escalations. You will act as the primary point of contact for site contracting issues, shaping how contracts and budgets impact trial delivery. This opportunity offers exposure to global studies, cross-functional partnerships, and the chance to directly impact patient access to therapies.

• Negotiate and execute global clinical study agreements with investigators and institutions
• Lead site contracting activities and manage timelines for assigned studies
• Develop and oversee the global site budgeting process
• Negotiate costs and terms with investigators, adjusting templates within approved parameters
• Manage escalations in site budgeting and contracting with Legal and other divisions
• Collaborate with Finance, pCRO, and other teams to implement improvements in site contracting
• Build and maintain relationships with investigational sites and Site Management Organizations
• Coordinate with invoicing teams to align contracting with compensation requirements
• Interact with legal, client teams, study management, and CRO site contracting teams
• Contribute to major business initiatives or special projects as required

• Precise communications and presentation skills
• Ability to plan, identify and mitigate risks to site contracting timelines
• Ability to lead by influence in a matrix-based organization
• Experience in clinical study budgets and contracting principles and activities
• Experience drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements with sites in a global operation
• Fluency in written and spoken English
