Who we are looking for?

We are seeking for a reliable and highly motivated Analyst Trainee to support our Investment team.

This opportunity will require to combine analytical skillset with interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.


The ideal joiner has:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or statistics;
  • Solid analytical / quantitative skills and high attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis (es. DCF modelling, risk analysis, comparable analysis) and key investment metrics (IRR, NPV, MOIC, transaction multiples, yields);
  • Progress toward CFA, CAIA or similar professional designation highly valued;
  • Strong planning and organisational skills in a team environment;
  • Ability to conduct research and gather information;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

What you will be supporting?

  • Build and maintain detailed discounted cash flow (DCF) and financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions, developments and portfolio strategies;
  • Support Directors and Associate Directors in the underwriting analysis of institutional level real estate transactions (including deal screening, financial analysis and scenario testing);
  • Support senior members in investment memoranda preparation, pitch books and presentations, clearly articulating value drivers, risks and sensitivities for investment opportunities;
  • Monitor market trends, macro‑economic data and capital‑markets activity to identify new investment opportunities and provide up‑to‑date benchmarking;
  • Contribute to periodic portfolio performance reviews, including asset‑level KPI tracking
