Our client, a well-established Infrastructure Private Equity fund, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Associate to join its investment team in Milan.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across infrastructure and energy transition sectors.
- Conduct detailed due diligence, including financial modelling, valuation, and market analysis.
- Prepare investment memoranda and support transaction execution.
- Assist with portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure and energy-related sectors is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
