Investment Associate - Sustainable Infrastructure

Our client, a leading Sustainable Infrastructure and Impact investor is looking for strong additions to their team in Milan

Responsibilities

• Support deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution of investments in sustainable infrastructure and energy transition sectors.
• Conduct financial modeling, market research, and risk/return analyses to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives and performance monitoring.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting with exposure to infrastructure or energy.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proven ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken);
  additional European languages a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability, renewable energy, and the energy transition.
