We are looking for a Tech M&A Vice President based in Milan.

About the Role:

As part of Klecha & Co. M&A European team you will be involved in all phases of Corporate Finance transactions in the Tech industry including local and cross border deals throughout all the life-cycle of the M&A process. You will manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders with particular focus on the technology sector.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate:

• At least 6 years of extensive experience in M&A ideally with strong understanding of IT services and software
• A proactive attitude with a capacity to manage the entire process of an M&A operation from origination to closing
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical and presentation skills, manage due diligence, valuation and client communicationAutonomy and negotiations skills that are also keys to succeed in this role
• Excellent working proficiency in Italian and English is essential.
• The knowledge of other European languages such Spanish or French is a plus.
