Investment Senior Associate / Manager

My team is cooperating with a well established International Private Equity fund which is looking for Investment Associate / Senior Associate / Manager level professionals to join their team in Milan.

Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing : Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in Europe.
• Due Diligence : Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Financial Modeling : Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models.
• Deal Execution : Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation.
• Portfolio Management : Monitor and actively manage portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement value creation strategies.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Previous experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
