Investor Relations Manager (LAND INVESTMENT & PRIVATE EQUITY) -

LandQuire is an innovative property technology company specializing in land investment opportunities. Members of the LandQuire community can discover or share land investment opportunities online and create mutually beneficial partnerships.

Landquire is a property investment company with its headquarters in Miami and offices worldwide. We are a growing land investment firm. We are achieving scale by leveraging data, systems, and marketing. We pride ourselves on our ability to innovate and automate the selling and buying process to accelerate land transactions. Our team has completed hundreds of land purchases. We are looking to bring on a capital markets associate into our Investor Relations department, who can raise investor capital for our land investment Offerings.

Job Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Investor Relations

• Raise capital by sourcing new investors through proactive engagement, calls, networking, and building relationships (80% of your work).

• Manage and prepare events in Europe to engage and raise funds, and attend events to attract investors, hedge funds, and high net worth groups and individuals, to increase the firm’s liquidity.

• Help to manage and nurture our relationships with our current investors, understand metrics, KPIs, and track reports to communicate regularly

• Record and summarize all investor and analyst contacts, indicating dates, terms, and amount invested for each investor

Key Attributes

• Demonstrated capital markets, private equity network, investor relations confidence, and capability

• Excellent business and financial acumen.

• Italian & English speaking.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Confident and strong presentation skills in financial environments

• Ability to understand and articulate data, KPI, and metrics, and track reports to external communities

• Excellent organization and planning skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions internally and externally. Education

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Candidate should have an established network of investors. Team Spirit is necessary in an international team.

• 2 years’ experience in investor relations positions, capital raising, sales, or family offices

• Has raised at least $1 million in a previous company and has a successful track record of interfacing with the investment community or real estate.

• This is a high-performance, fast-paced, distributed start-up organization. The ability to get up to speed quickly, be productive, and successful in an intense work environment is critical

• HQ in Miami, Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally are required
