Position: Investor Relations & Treasury Manager
Location: Milan
Work Model: Hybrid
Our client is looking for a high-calibre professional who can operate at the intersection of capital markets and finance operations. In the words of the investor, they are seeking an Investor Relator who can also drive the Group Treasury.
This is not a reporting role. It is a value creation role, sitting close to senior leadership and investors, with direct impact on funding strategy, liquidity, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors
- Lead preparation of investor materials including board packs, quarterly updates, and fundraising documentation
- Support capital raising processes, including equity and debt transactions
- Shape and communicate the company’s equity story with clarity and credibility
- Manage relationships with lenders, advisors, and key external stakeholders
Treasury
- Own and optimise the Group’s liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management
- Design and implement treasury structures across entities and jurisdictions
- Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements
- Drive improvements in cash visibility, controls, and reporting
- Support strategic decisions on capital allocation and funding
Profile
- Strong experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Treasury
- Background in Private Equity backed environments is highly desirable
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into a compelling narrative
- Hands-on approach with the ability to build and structure processes from the ground up
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication skills with exposure to senior stakeholders and investors
