We are seeking a highly skilled Senior iOS Reverse Engineering & Mobile Security Engineer to join a cutting-edge R&D team operating in the cyber intelligence and lawful interception space.
This is a niche opportunity for an expert with deep knowledge of iOS internals, reverse engineering, and offensive security , working on advanced mobile security solutions in authorized investigative environments .
Key Responsibilities
- Reverse engineer iOS applications, frameworks, and system components
- Perform static and dynamic analysis of mobile applications
- Analyze binaries using tools such as Ghidra, IDA Pro, Hopper, LLDB, Frida, Radare2
- Research iOS internals , including sandboxing, entitlements, IPC, and system security mechanisms
- Develop low-level mobile software components for monitoring and interception platforms
- Analyze and bypass anti-tampering, obfuscation, anti-debugging, and runtime protections
- Contribute to security research and PoC development
- Collaborate with backend and security engineering teams
- Produce technical documentation and research reports
Required Skills
- Strong experience in iOS/macOS reverse engineering
- Deep understanding of ARM64 architecture and assembly language
- Advanced knowledge of iOS internals and security model
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Ghidra, IDA Pro, Frida, LLDB, Xcode
- Strong low-level programming skills in:
- C/C++ , Objective-C , Swift
- Experience analyzing or bypassing:
- Obfuscation, anti-debugging, jailbreak detection, runtime protections
- Knowledge of Mach-O binaries, dyld, code signing, entitlements, memory management
- Familiarity with network protocols and encrypted communications
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex R&D challenges independently
