The role

• Responsible for their own clients and book of business
• Supporting senior Lending Advisors offering the full range of credit solutions
• Working across a complex private client base
• Assisting on the structure and negotiation of fixed asset finance
• Credit lifecycle management: owning the full credit lifecycle, from financial disclosure to loan execution and post-closing checks
• Attending meetings and partnering with Advisors on pre- and post-meeting actions
• Conducting loan pricing and return on equity analysis for Advisors
• Preparing presentations and management information analysis
• Overseeing collateral monitoring and management, and communicating margins to clients and internal stakeholders

The Executive Director will support Advisors to oversee private client and offshore SPV entities by providing tailored solutions based on each client’s objectives. The individual will develop an understanding of credit’s role in optimizing clients’ balance sheets, familiarize with Morgan’s suite of credit solutions, and act as a trusted adviser on various matters. The VP will liaise between Advisors and support functions to assist with credit analysis, risk management, credit reviews, covenant monitoring, and drafting execution documents.

Through collaboration across Client Advisor teams and solution specialists, the ED will learn and demonstrate understanding of banking, investments, and wealth planning concepts while adhering to risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
