Location

Work locations: Massa-Carrara, Lucca, Pistoia. Residence: Lucca.

Responsibilities

• Develop scientific promotion capacity by continuously updating technical‑scientific training and communication quality.
• Ensure knowledge of local market and territory, making proposals to the company that capture business opportunities, market changes, and policy shifts.
• Provide correct scientific information using the company’s tools and in compliance with laws, regulations and company procedures.
• Deliver the best activity across various medical targets in line with company priorities (call plan frequency, coverage, visits, targeting, profiling, potential).
• Collaborate on local/national congress activity with local physicians and pharmacists to update their knowledge on diseases and active principles.
• Manage activities and tools following company procedures (gadgets, samples, teaching material).
• Collect and report adverse events using specific modules to the pharmacovigilance in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with relevant Opinion Leaders in line with company functions (TM, MKTG, Medical, etc.).

Position Purpose

In compliance with current regulations, the Code of Ethics, Deontological Code, Organizational Model 231, D. Lgs. 231/2001 and D. Lgs 219/06, the incumbent guarantees the realization of scientific promotion objectives within their area of competence, optimizing resources and managing visits to healthcare professionals in line with business management policy and direction.
