We are looking for an IT Administrator to support the management and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and effective support for internal users across the different departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, devices, and systems)
* Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users
* Install, configure, and update hardware and software
* Manage user accounts, access rights, and security policies
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
* Support backup procedures and disaster recovery processes
* Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers
* Support business applications
* Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT support/administrative role
* Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 and MacOS
* Basic networking knowledge (LAN, VPN, firewalls)
* Experience with backup and IT security practices
* Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure is a plus)
* Good command of English (Italian is required for local operations)
