Do you want to do work that is truly meaningful and impactful? At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, society, and your colleagues tackle and solve the most current and complex challenges. The experts at Nolan Norton, the IT Strategy company within the KPMG Network, help organizations face digital transformation challenges and implement IT architectures.
Specifically, you will join the CIO Advisory Team in Milan , specializing in architecture and data management solutions that support CIOs in digital evolution—from strategy to execution, from vision to real value. You will be part of a dynamic and stimulating environment, working with high-level clients in the financial services, energy, public, healthcare, consumer, and industrial sectors.
In particular, you will deal with innovative technologies and challenging, exciting projects, mainly supporting our clients on the following topics:
ICT Strategy : Helping clients develop innovative technology strategies and operating models.
ICT Architecture : Enabling clients to adopt cutting-edge solutions for applications, infrastructure, and telecommunications.
Data Management : Supporting clients in identifying the best data management solutions and designing Data Management architectures.
ICT Planning & Budgeting : Assisting clients in identifying, prioritizing, designing, and better directing technology investments.
Strategic Sourcing : Managing governance and providing technical support during the selection of various options and suppliers across the entire ICT services lifecycle.
ICT Governance and Organization : Focusing on the proper structure and sizing of ICT resources.
ICT Cost Right-Sizing : Evaluating and suggesting options to better allocate ICT spending and resources.
There is also the possibility to be involved in IT Project Management activities.
Come As You Are – Your Skills and Qualities
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in defining and implementing projects or activities related to healthcare application architectures.
Good knowledge of the English language, ideally deepened through study/work experiences abroad.
Additional assets:
Knowledge of infrastructure architectures.
Identification and design of architectural transformation scenarios.
Knowledge of Cloud architectures.
Understanding of sourcing strategies and policies.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Prince2, ITIL v4, TOGAF v9, Scrum, AWS/Microsoft Azure/Google certifications).
Knowledge or certification of the TOGAF framework.
Familiarity with the ArchiMate framework and the ABACUS tool for enterprise architecture.
Experience in designing IT processes based on market best practices.
Skills in software systems modeling and design.
