IT Architect & Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Software Design and Development: Define scalable, high-performance, and secure system architectures, actively contributing to code writing when needed.
• Software Lifecycle Management: Oversee and coordinate development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
• Requirements Gathering and High‑Level Design: Collaborate with clients to translate their needs into concrete software solutions, supervising technical design and architectural decisions.
• Project Monitoring and Management: Ensure compliance with timelines and budgets by coordinating the development team and managing any technical issues.
• Technical Leadership: Support and mentor the development team, promoting best practices, quality standards, and technological innovation.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, LLMs, and Co‑Pilot AI to enhance the delivered solutions.

Key Requirements

• Experience: At least 12 years in the ICT sector, with a focus on software design, development, and IT project management.
• Problem‑Solving Ability: Strong aptitude for identifying effective solutions to complex problems and optimizing system performance.
• Excellent English Proficiency: Able to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
• Experience with AI and Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), artificial intelligence, and AI‑driven tools to support software development.
• Passion for Technological Innovation and Digital Transformation: Proactive approach to exploring cutting‑edge solutions and driving innovation.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving goals.
