Context:

As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for managing the lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, alignment, prioritization based on product vision, and development monitoring using the appropriate methodology for each project.

You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring understanding and compliance with practices, rules, and values, and that goals, scope, and product domain are clear to all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively.
  2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work.
  3. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, and detailed deliverables.
  4. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints.
  5. Design solutions in partnership with the Enterprise Solution Architect, documented in Business Blueprint.
  6. Refine and document detailed user requirements to support Development and QA teams.
  7. Enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse with project teams and Professional Services.
  8. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies.
  9. Support QA testing, including developing user acceptance criteria.
  10. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  11. Develop and provide expertise on PLM solutions.
  12. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals.
  13. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed.
  14. Coordinate with third-party entities like system integrators and consulting firms.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Ability to demonstrate software and communicate effectively at business and functional levels.
  • Leadership skills to facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
  • Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external clients, including participation in user workshops.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites during requirement gathering phases.
  • Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and creating use-case or sequence diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with software design and modeling tools like UML.

Expected to travel domestically and internationally.
