We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of Capital Markets and Technology . You are a natural bridge-builder, capable of communicating effectively with both business and developers, ensuring clarity and alignment in high-pressure environments.
⚡ Then, What
Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex business strategies and technical execution, ensuring that core financial operations remain agile, compliant, and ahead of market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring they are ready for technical implementation.
- Design and optimize "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows for Trading, Post-Trading, and Settlement processes.
- Manage and analyze financial messaging standards and market connectivity protocols.
- Act as the primary liaison between Business Units, Operations, and IT development teams.
- Support in backlog grooming and prioritization, ensuring the product vision aligns with market regulations.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure delivered solutions meet high-quality financial standards.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor system performance, validate financial data flows, and support decision-making
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience within the Financial Services/Market Finance domain.
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Product Owner on complex IT projects.
- Deep understanding of Market Finance operations.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel. Experience with Data Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Python) is highly valued.
- Fluent English is mandatory (both written and spoken) for interacting with international stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, ability to work in an Agile environment, and excellent synthesis skills.
