Context:

As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for managing the lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including gathering requirements from stakeholders, defining and designing requirements, aligning and prioritizing them based on the product vision, and monitoring development using appropriate methodologies.

You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors are compliant with Trace One methodology. You ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are clearly understood by all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively.
  2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work.
  3. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, and detailed deliverables.
  4. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints.
  5. Coordinate with the Enterprise Solution Architect to design solutions via the Business Blueprint document.
  6. Refine and document detailed user requirements, providing clarity for Development and QA teams.
  7. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed.
  8. Validate products during development phases following defined methodologies.
  9. Support QA testing processes, including developing user acceptance criteria.
  10. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments.
  11. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise.
  12. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals.
  13. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs when needed.
  14. Collaborate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consulting firms.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Ability to demonstrate software and communicate at business and functional levels.
  • Proactive leader capable of facilitating requirement gathering sessions.
  • Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies.
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external clients, including participation in workshops.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel for requirement gathering.
  • Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of the full SDLC.
  • Experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML).

Expected to travel domestically and internationally.
