IT Consumer App Lead

In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Prada’s client-focused mobile app. You will align cross-functional teams across IT, CRM, Marketing, Retail and external partners to plan, build, test, and launch a high-quality app. You will own the evolution and roadmap post-launch, ensuring the product scales with business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership position in a creative, international environment where technology enables luxury customer experiences.

• Define scope, objectives and deliverables for release phases with stakeholders and vendors
• Create detailed Agile project plans with timelines and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, QA
• Monitor progress against timeline and budget; ensure high-quality deliverables
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual alignment
• Oversee testing phases (UAT, performance, security)
• Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback for improvements
• Lead evolution strategy and product roadmap in collaboration with Digital team
• Lead a mobile app development team and promote innovation
• Stay aligned with IT architecture and emerging technologies
• Manage budget and resources for app development and maintenance
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar
• 5-7 years managing complex programs; at least 3 years in native iOS or Flutter apps
• Strong optimization, debugging, and technical skills
• Proficiency in Flutter; Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, Apple SDKs
• Extensive REST API experience; high-volume, availability-focused apps
• Experience with Git (branching/merging)
• Strong unit and automated testing knowledge for iOS/hybrid platforms
• Proven experience leading distributed teams and external vendors
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with iOS and Android development guidelines
