About the Company

Since 2024, it has been part of the electronics division of inTEST Corporation, a multinational group listed on the stock exchange and based in New Jersey. About the Role

For our Monza site, we are looking for an IT Coordinator. This role will sit at the Alfamation location but be a part of the larger IT team at the parent organization inTEST. Reporting to the Corporate Vice President, IT and Cyber Security, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of the ERP system (Odoo) and serve as the in-house expert post-implementation
• Managing and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining networking hardware and software
• Working with and implementing the policies/processes of the corporate organization
• Ensuring system security, data protection, and network reliability through appropriate backup systems, firewalls, and monitoring tools
• Managing the IT helpdesk, providing support for internal users, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking, and implementing best practices for end-user support, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution
• Overseeing risk assessments and ensuring that the organization complies with ISO 27001 standards for information security, conduct regular internal audits, and working closely with external auditors to ensure continued ISO 27001 certification
• Continuously assessing the organization’s IT needs, recommending technology solutions and improvements to optimize business performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)

Required Skills

• Strong background in ERP implementation
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, etc.)
• Experience with ISO27001, NIS2 & GDPR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in English
• Availability to travel occasionally

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft (MCSA), CompTIA (Network+), or equivalent
• Experience with cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtual environment
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools or data analytics platform
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools
• Additional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus

Pay range and compensation package

50-60k (annual) + health insurance, welfare, meal vouchers (10 euros/day)
