We are looking for a person who will join Moleskine as an IT Corporate Applications & AI Intern.

The position is hybrid based in Milan.
Scope of the role The person that will join our team will support the management and evolution of Corporate Applications, with a strong focus on exploring and enabling the adoption of Generative AI solutions across business processes.
Main activities
Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects and support the Corporate Applications to manage application implementation, configurations, and maintenance, ensuring integration business processes.
Contribute to Corporate Applications continuous improvement, standardizing and enhancing system reliability, performance, and security.
Make recommendations and propose new solutions to ensure the system supports business processes efficiently.
Participate in project meetings, documenting key takeaways, actions, and next steps, and supporting communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders (external providers involved in Corporate Applications development, customization, and maintenance).
Support in creating and maintaining project timelines, schedules, and task assignments.
Address issues or problems related to SAP ERP and external systems [SO99+ for demand/network planning, HR platforms, BOT for automated processes, Travel Expenses Portal, Vendor portal, Electronic Invoices].
Initiate the adoption of simple Generative AI tools and manage the cultural change associated with this transition.
Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering, Economy, Computer Science or equivalent.
Familiarity with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
Good knowledge of Office 365 tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Proactivity, flexibility, determination.
Fluent knowledge of English.
Nice to have: familiarity with technology in general, curiosity about Artificial Intelligence.
Training Objectives
Manage international and multicultural relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Be the first point of contact for hundreds of people needing support.
Manage a team of external providers.
Have the opportunity to influence and start to become a decision-maker.
