IT ERP Finance & HR Specialist (f/m/d)
Your Tasks:
- Coordinate with the current legacy platform Matter Experts to migrate to SAP
- Support the business in the Finance and HR processes
- Provide 2nd level support for SAP technical issues
- Identify gaps and document the working procedures
- Preparing training session for the business stakeholders involved in the ERP and HR tools
- Understanding strategic business drivers and gather the requirements for the IT Business Application Road Map execution/planning
Your Profile:
- You have a university degree in computer engineering, business administration or relevant experience in a similar technology-oriented position
- You have previous knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP in the Finance part
- Previous experience in migration projects to SAP would be a big plus
- You have knowledge of International/Cross border Finance topics, preferable with Fashion related experiences
- Knowledge of HR processes and/or previous experience in HR platform implementation is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile approach to support and project managing requirements engineering would also be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English written and spoken. Good knowledge of the German language is an advantage
