IT & ERP Specialist

Adecco is seeking to hire, for direct and permanent employment, a:

The client is a multinational company in the metalworking sector, specializing in the production of high-precision components for aerospace and power generation sectors.

The candidate will join the Information Technology team, reporting directly to the IT Manager, playing a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of management systems and the company's technological evolution.

Main responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders during ERP implementation phases and integration activities.
2. Support company departments in resolving ERP-related issues.
3. Manage and maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
4. Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for the organization.

Skills:

1. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or similar field.
2. Over 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP platforms) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
3. Excellent knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, network and system administration, databases, data storage systems, and telephony systems.
4. Practical knowledge of SQL, Oracle, SQL Server databases, and ETL/data integration tools.
5. Good command of English (B2 level).
6. Direct employment with a permanent contract (salary and classification commensurate with experience).
7. Continuous technical training in a structured and dynamic corporate environment, with strong focus on technical and process innovation.
