RPN provides pharmaceutical and life science companies with the strategic, in-market, and executional expertise needed to deliver successful Regulatory Affairs and Market Access outcomes throughout the entire product life cycle and across international markets.

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and solution‑oriented professional with a strong interest in IT and business applications.

The role includes both day‑to‑day support to internal users and operational activities related to the configuration and optimization of company applications .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first‑line support to internal users on company applications and digital tools , ensuring timely and professional issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues related to software platforms, networking, user access, permissions, and collaboration tools.
  • Support onboarding activities by setting up user accounts, managing access rights, and assisting with the initial configuration of corporate applications.
  • Monitor and handle incidents and service requests , ensuring follow‑up and clear communication with users and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security guidelines, and best practices in daily support activities.
  • Support managing company devices and implementation and optimisation of new software and tools.

Requirements must have:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, application support, networking or similar roles.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment (Sharepoint, Power Automate ecc.)
  • Good knowledge of operating systems , Active Directory , Log management systems and Database management .
  • Familiarity with CMS website creation and management.
  • Understanding of user accounts, permissions , and digital collaboration environments .

Soft Skills:

  • Structured and methodical approach : ability to manage tasks, priorities, and small project activities with discipline and accuracy.
  • Effective communication : clear, professional interaction with users and stakeholders, especially when explaining technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
  • Continuous learning and problem‑solving mindset : curiosity toward new tools and features, combined with a proactive approach to identifying issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring follow‑through.

Contract details:

  • The type of contract will be evaluated based on the candidate’s experience.
