IT Integration Architect – M&A required to join a leading global end user brand in Turin, Italy.
IT Integration Architect with extensive Merger & Acquisition experience is required to provide IT Integration of an acquired company into the businesses existing landscape.
Key deliverables;
- Application and functional architecture maps
- Comparative capability maps
- Target architecture diagrams
- Integration scenarios and options
- IT convergence roadmaps
- Decision and arbitration documents (costs, risks, options)
- M&A IT architecture documentation and standards
Key skills;
- Proven experience in IT architecture, IT transformation, or enterprise architecture
- Proven experience in post-merger integration, carve-in, or carve-out contexts
- Experience in complex, multi-entity IT environments
- Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent)
- System integration (API-based, event-driven, batch)
- Application rationalization and IT urbanization
- Strong awareness of run costs and TCO
- Fluent French and English language skills are essential for this role
Open to candidates across the Lombardy & Piemonte region who can travel into Turin of the time – ideally located in Turin, Milan, Novara, Asti & other neighbouring towns/ cities.
