Matrix Medical Management is looking for a full-timeIT Interface Administrator to join our team!

SUMMARY:

The IT Interface Administrator is responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and maintaining dynamic user interfaces for organizational applications and systems. This role ensures that interfaces are user-friendly, functional, and compatible with existing technologies while supporting business and operational needs. The position collaborates with end users, IT staff, and other stakeholders to improve usability, performance, and overall user experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Designs, develops, modifies, and maintains dynamic user interfaces for applications and systems.
  • Analyzes results of user testing and feedback to define interface requirements and usability improvements.
  • Develops interface specifications, prototypes, and mockups to support application development and enhancements.
  • Develops, designs, and edits interface templates and interface code in accordance with established software development methodologies and standards.
  • Writes test plans and conducts testing to ensure interface usability, functionality, performance, and compatibility with existing technologies and systems.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves interface-related issues, including layout, functionality, and performance concerns.
  • Responds to user support inquiries, reported issues, and enhancement requests related to application interfaces.
  • Collaborates with IT teams, vendors, and end users to ensure interface solutions align with organizational requirements and technical standards.
  • Maintains documentation related to interface design, configurations, testing, and updates.
  • Ensures interfaces comply with applicable security, accessibility, and organizational standards.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Ability to analyze user needs and translate them into effective interface designs.
  • Experience with testing methodologies and usability testing practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to respond to user inquiries and feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
