About the role
The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing high-level financial analysis and support to the organization. This position focuses on driving financial performance through detailed reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly financial reporting and analysis of budget vs. actual performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct deep-dive financial modeling to support business investment cases and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and global reporting standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
