About The Job

  • As the leader of the Italian IT Operation Team, your main focus will be:
  • Strategy: Responsible for co-building the strategy for domains with your team and participating in defining the IT strategy for the country, considering internal (international) and external (market) factors.
  • Support and Operations: Accountable for the quality of the IT Solutions that comprise the country's Catalog.
  • Listening to Needs: Responsible for fulfilling the expressed needs of IT Solution users, in alignment with the Business Model.
  • Business Acceleration: Create value with IT Solutions to contribute to the Country Project.
  • Human Development: Foster the development of IT talent in Italy.
  • Security: Responsible for the security of the country's Information System.
  • Economic: Responsible for optimizing IT costs in Italy, collaborating on budget forecasts, managing the IT Profit and Loss (P&L), and optimizing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of IT solutions within your scope.

  • Atlassian Suite : Jira, Confluence
  • ITSM Platform : for organized and efficient support
  • MDM Tools : Mobile Device Management for hardware remote check and support
  • Operations Devices / Servers / Laptops / Printers / Tablets…

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mainly To Guarantee

  • Technical training of site users
  • Support to users for the right IT solutions
  • Site opening process from an IT perspective
  • IT security on your sites
  • Your IT products meet user needs
  • Connection to national/international ecosystems
  • Expertise on your products
  • Smooth operation
  • Improvement and maintenance of high-performance mechanization solutions adopted

PROFILE

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills in complex environments, with the ability to cooperate with a distributed team.
  • Multilingual skills to communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and deliver on time.
  • Proven record of achieving service KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Experience in implementing service improvement initiatives and managing service quality standards.
  • Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL or Six Sigma.
