About the Role
The IT/OT Cybersecurity Manager is responsible, to define, engineer, implement and monitoring, procedure platforms and best practices needed to guarantee the highest standard of Cybersecurity for IT and OT network inside Vaultica organization and infrastructures. He will act, in coordination with other IT, Network, Engineering and Critical operation in order the drive the companies to implement cyber security standards. He will cooperate to maintain security certification (ISO, SOC,…). He will act for all EMEA organization.
Responsibilities
- Defining Company standards in terms of IT/OT Cybersecurity balancing requirements and costs.
- Managing suppliers and vendors (SLA, budget);
- Engineering of IT/OT-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to define and implement SW patching.
- Continuously assess the infrastructure, identify risks and propose/implement mitigation plan.
- Implement and maintain security controls.
- Develop and maintain procedures.
- Monitor IT/OT platform to identify threats and react.
- Lead security certification process (SOC, ISO).
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches.
- Availability to travel mostly in EMEA.
- Availability to be on call.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of OT Security experience.
- 6+ years of IT security experience.
- Knowledge of aspects concerning network and application security with regard to intrusion prevention/detection platforms, traffic analysis and anomaly detection.
- Experience in PMO activities.
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems (IACS = Industrial Automation and Control System);
- Knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA etc. and issues relating to industrial communication.
- Knowledge of network and industrial communication protocol (Modbus, Bacnet,..).
- Knowledge of the main Standards in the field of OT Security (IEC 61860, IEC 62443, ISO 2700x);
- Experience deploying or supporting security practices and technologies such as risk or vulnerability assessments, antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, centralized alert logging and monitoring in ICS environments (energy companies or large manufacturing organizations).
