IT PMO - Freelance Only - Milan

As a PMO you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of migration projects (infrastructure, applications, or sites) within our business and technology teams.

Your Missions

• Coordinate end‑to‑end migration activities (planning, execution, cutover)
• Support project plan management and advanced progress tracking
• Align technical teams, business units, and stakeholders
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare reporting and status updates for stakeholders
• Support go‑live and post‑migration phases
• Collaborate in hybrid mode, with presence in Milan office once per week

Your Profile

• Experience as PMO or Project Coordinator in IT environments
• Familiarity with migration projects (cloud, data, infrastructure, or applications)
• Proficient with project tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Excel)
• Ability to coordinate and manage priorities effectively
• English fluent. Italian fluent.
• 3‑4 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in consulting or multi‑client contexts is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus
• Experience in cutover management or global roll‑outs is a plus
