the entire clinical journey, from initial assessment and treatment planning to
session management, progress tracking, and clinical documentation.To support
the continued growth of the organization, we are looking for a Product
Manager who will take ownership of the Core Clinical domain, one of
the most strategic areas of the platform.The ideal
candidate combines strategic vision, strong execution skills, and a solid
understanding of the technological aspects of complex software products. While
experience within the healthcare sector is considered a plus, the ability to
lead enterprise products, collaborate effectively with Engineering and Design
teams, and translate complex challenges into intuitive and scalable solutions
will be particularly valued.ResponsabilitàThis role
will focus on defining and evolving the features that support the entire
clinical lifecycle, ensuring a consistent, scalable user experience aligned
with the needs of clinicians, caregivers, and end users.Key Product AreasClinical

clinical experience across multiple products within the platform.Partner closely with Design and
Engineering teams to deliver intuitive and consistent user experiences.Manage product integrations and
ensure seamless cross-platform workflows.Lead data migration, data
import, and third-party integration initiatives.Conduct customer discovery and
validation activities, leveraging data and customer insights to define
priorities and investments.Define and track KPIs related
to adoption, engagement, usability, operational efficiency, and product
growth.Collaborate with teams
responsible for mobile applications, caregiver solutions, supervision,
assessment, treatment planning, and reporting.Identify opportunities to
leverage AI to enhance the clinical experience and accelerate product
development processes.Monitor market trends and the competitive
landscape to support product positioning and differentiation.Profilo7+ years of experience in
Product Management.Proven experience managing
complex enterprise SaaS products.Demonstrated track record of
defining and executing product roadmaps with measurable business impact.Experience collaborating with
both technical and business stakeholders in cross-functional environments.Experience leveraging and
building AI-powered product capabilities.Ability to operate autonomously
in fast-paced and evolving environments.Familiarity with regulated
environments and data privacy/compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, or
equivalent).Fluent
English.Preferred QualificationsCandidates
with experience in one or more of the following areas will be particularly
attractive:Healthcare Software, Clinical
Software, EHR, or Care Operations.UX Design and Information
Architecture.React-based web applications
and component-driven architectures.Data Visualization, Reporting,

Treatment Planning, and Workflow Management.AI-driven solutions for
clinical documentation generation, review, and optimization.The company envisages the following
compensation and employment package:
• Gross annual salary: 60,000 - 80,000 (depending on experience)
