WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Core activities . You will have the opportunity to coordinate and govern complex IT programs, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. You will manage multi-project and multidisciplinary teams, facilitating collaboration between technical and business stakeholders and applying Agile principles where applicable, promoting iterative and incremental delivery practices. You will keep the program aligned with business objectives and provide regular progress updates to senior management. You will identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and interdependencies, supporting the definition of program roadmaps and key milestones. You will gain a high-level understanding of the technical architecture/solution to effectively engage with technical teams, managing change requests and ensure adherence to Customer's policy.
- Technologies . We are agnostic to specific technologies because we manage Governance in the domain of "non-functional requirements" such as Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, GenAI, Identity & Access Management.
- Team work . Join our governance team, where we design and drive the governance of complex IT projects, programs and transformations, focusing on both strategic management and the evolution of technological architectures. We operate across on-prem, hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud environments, supporting initiatives that emphasize non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, performance, and resilience, a distinguishing focus of our division. Our team is a vibrant mix of passionate and experienced professionals who work cohesively to achieve excellence, combining strong management skills with a high-level understanding of critical technical domains such as Cloud Computing.
WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…
- Academic background . Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Information Engineering.
- Valuable expertise . A proven track record in the governance of complex projects or programs is required, preferably in multidisciplinary and high-visibility environments. 3+ years of experience in Project Management: you have held roles as a Project Manager or Program Manager, with responsibility for the integrated management of timelines, costs, risks, stakeholders, and project roadmaps. Strong cross-functional coordination skills and an end-to-end strategic vision are essential. Knowledge of English language.
- Nice to have . PMI-CAMP, PMI-PMP or other certifications about Project Management such as PRINCE2; certifications about adaptive methodologies such as PSM or CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe or equivalent scaled Agile framework; Technical Certifications about Cloud Computing (e.g. AZ-900) will be considered a plus. Knowledge of French language will be considered a plus.
- Soft skills . You are a networker and a team builder and you have strong communication skills; precision, organization, and method; emotional intelligence; proactivity and continuous innovation spirit.
