About the Role
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Milan team and develop their career in technical recruitment within a dynamic outsourcing environment. In this role, you'll focus on the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of IT professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. Location: Milan, Italy (Full-time, in-office)
Contract Type: Permanent Employment
Salary Range : €25.000 - €35.000
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across IT disciplines
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, career motivations, and suitability for outsourcing or staff augmentation models.
- Build and manage a high-quality, continuously evolving pipeline of IT talent for both immediate and future client needs.
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
- Advise clients and internal teams on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Italian engineering landscape.
- Contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices.
- Support employer branding efforts to position Prime Engineering Italy as an employer of choice in the engineering sector.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role. Experience in IT, technical, or outsourcing environments is required.
- A genuine interest in the IT sector and in building a career in technical recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're comfortable talking to people at all levels of seniority.
- Highly organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.
- Fluency in Italian (essential) and a good working level of English (required).
