IT Recruiter - Internship

We are looking for an HR Recruiter for an internship to support our team in recruitment and selection activities. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Internal Recruiting Team to cover hiring needs.
• Draft and update job descriptions.
• Post job ads on various online channels (company website, social media, job portals).
• Screen applications received.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Maintain an updated candidate database.

Requirements:

• Degree in humanistic courses or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CV databases.
• Good knowledge of English.
