Role Description

We are looking for a motivated IT intern to support our SAP team. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to acquire technical and functional skills on SAP modules, collaborate on strategic business projects and support the management and optimization of business processes through SAP.

What you will do – activities and main areas of responsibility

1. Support the IT team in the configuration and maintenance of SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, etc.)
2. Analyze business processes and propose solutions based on the SAP platform
3. Collaborate with internal users to identify and resolve issues related to SAP modules
4. Participate in the collection of functional and technical requirements for new implementations or customizations
5. Create and maintain technical and functional documentation (user manuals, operating procedures)
6. Support the testing of new features and changes (UTP, integration tests, etc.)
7. Participate in SAP system migration and upgrade projects (es. S/4HANA)
8. Provide assistance to internal users through training and support activities

What you need to succeed

Education: Diploma/Degree in progress or recently completed in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics or related fields.

Technical Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of SAP platform and main modules (e.g. MM, SD, FI, CO)
2. Familiarity with the life cycle of an IT project and Agile methodology will be considered an advantage
3. Interest in analyzing business processes and their improvement through ERP systems
4. Basic knowledge of programming languages ​(ABAP, SQL or other languages) will be considered a plus

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
2. Communication skills and predisposition to teamwork
3. Proactive attitude and desire to learn
4. Ability to manage deadlines and priorities

Languages:

Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
