YOUR ROLE AT KIKO MILANO

We are looking for an IT Security Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Transformation team, reporting to the IT Compliance & Security Manager.

Such talent will be in charge of protecting our company's data by implementing effective security measures and responding promptly to security breaches.

In particular, you will:

• Monitor the health of IT security services, to ensure security tools are functioning properly on company networks and devices;
• Support the design and implementation of security networks and protocols;
• Supervise vulnerabilities and patching of software and systems on company systems;
• Inspect and test the security of the network and the architecture of IT systems, both on-premises and in the cloud;
• Supervise penetration tests and conduct basic security scans;
• Support responses to security threats;
• Do Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities;
• Collaborate in drafting security policies and guidelines;
• Train staff on security protocols;
• Liaise with complementary departments to ensure adherence to security protocols;
• Research emerging threats and implement safeguards for various devices, from cell phones to tablets to laptops.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
• >2 years of experience in cybersecurity;
• Strong knowledge of hardware and networking systems;
• Familiarity with security frameworks and risk management;
• Experience in implementing and maintaining detection systems, firewalls, and prevention systems;
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in English.
