IT Service Desk Specialist role at Pixartprinting - a Cimpress Company .

Pixartprinting is an online printing service provider specializing in customised catalogues, magazines, packaging, textile prints and more. We handle 15,000 orders per day with a team of 1,200 professionals delivering high‑quality services.

Position

We are looking for a motivated, experienced and passionate IT professional to join our team in Quarto d’Altino (VE) and Lavis (TN) . In this role you will provide high‑level support to our internal customers, installing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and software, configuring initial set‑ups, troubleshooting and training.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and resolve end‑user issues.
  • Manage onboarding of new hires: Active Directory registration, access rights, security and collaboration tool installation.
  • Investigate network connection and configuration problems.
  • Prioritise urgent issues and forward to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement and maintain IT procedures and guidelines.
  • Promote awareness and compliance with IT procedures among employees.
  • Install and deploy hardware and software as needed.
  • Manage Windows, Mac, Linux and Android devices.
  • Manage phone, communication and printing devices.
  • Maintain software licence inventory.
  • Maintain positive relationships with external vendors.
  • Provide remote and on‑site support, including periodic visits to the Lavis plant.
  • Handle tickets and asset data entry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Service Desk team.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Customer‑orientated mindset.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of common hardware/software solutions in large enterprises, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft O365.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, ManageEngine or similar.
  • Ability to support a medium‑large community (300+ users).
  • Documentation skills for IT processes and procedures.
  • Teamwork attitude.
  • Good command of English.
  • Availability for travel (1 week/month to the Lavis plant).
