Role Overview
The IT Service Management Intern will support the IT Infrastructure Specialist in daily operational activities, contributing to data collection, user support, and system setup in alignment with business needs. This role plays a key part in assisting the IT transition from legacy systems (e.g., Unilever) to new platforms (e.g., TMICC), ensuring accurate data gathering and smooth execution of IT processes. The intern will help provide technical support and contribute to maintaining business continuity by supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the configuration of devices and systems. Responsibilities
Support IT Infrastructure Specialist in daily operational activities, ensuring proper use of IT systems and tools. Collect and maintain IT asset data required for system migration (e.g., from Unilever to TMICC) and cybersecurity purposes. Provide first/second-level technical support to end users via help desk, ticketing systems, phone, or on-site interventions. Assist in hardware and software installation, including configuration of new workstations and devices. Troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity issues (network, VPN, system access), coordinating with internal teams when needed. Support account management activities, including user access, permissions, and basic cloud-related tasks. Contribute to ensuring business continuity by promptly addressing technical issues and supporting daily IT operations. Collaborate with external partners involved in IT transition projects, providing accurate data and updates. Qualifications
Knowledge of Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and can operate confidently in IT support and infrastructure environments. Strong skills in IT Infrastructure, operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking (IP, DNS, VPN) and hardware/software. Think end-to-end and take ownership of results. Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organisation. Values collaboration, clarity and low‑ego ways of working. Benefits
